Our Locations
Reach Out and Read Greater Philadelphia currently includes 80 primary care health centers, 5 neonatal follow-up programs and 1 cardiac developmental follow-up program in Southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties) reaching nearly 150,000 young children, ages newborn through 5 years.
This year the Reach Out and Read Greater Philadelphia doctors and nurse practitioners will need to provide more than 215,000 brand-new books at primary care well visits for the young patients, ages newborn through 5 years.
